Every day for the month of February via our IG page we will give you a tip or action towards your self love.

Each year we will give you these tips under various themes, designed to help you take a pause, take care of you and to learn a new habit.

Some will be easy, some a challenge and others maybe hard to accomplish, but after 28 days we hope you have learnt something new about yourself and formed a new habit to take forward for the year.
