Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment:

    • A deposit of 25 usd/50 bds or the total event cost is required to secure the booking.

    • The remaining balance is due 14 days/2 weeks prior to the event date (January 26th 2025).

    • Payment can be made via bank transfer, online payment via PayPal.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • By Client:

      • If the client cancels the event more than 14 days/2 weeks prior to the event date, a refund minus the deposit will be issued.

      • If the client cancels the event within 14 days/2 weeks of the event date, no refund will be issued.

    • By JKB Experience:

      • JKB Experience reserves the right to cancel the event in unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the client.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation request.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  4. Liability:

    • JKB Experience is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may impact the event, such as inclement weather, unforeseen emergencies.

    • JKB Experience is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client due to the cancellation of the event.

  5. Agreement:

    • By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
